Why this matters

Why bother?

You shed roughly 500 million skin cells per night. Sheets accumulate sweat, oil, dust mites, and dead skin within days. Dirty sheets = bad skin and worse sleep.

How often

Weekly. Every 2 weeks minimum if you shower right before bed.

Best time: Sunday morning — wash, dry, remake by afternoon.
